Hi, I'm Keiko, a professional sushi chef and the founder of Sushi Workshop by Sushi Queen. I'm passionate about sharing the art of Japanese cuisine with everyone — from complete beginners to food lovers looking to elevate their skills.

My Story

My culinary journey began in some of London's most prestigious Japanese restaurants, where I honed my craft working alongside world-class chefs. I had the privilege of working at the renowned Maze Sushi Bar at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant — an experience that shaped my precision, passion, and dedication to authentic Japanese cuisine.

It was through these years of professional kitchen experience that I truly mastered the art of sushi — from perfectly seasoned rice to the finest knife techniques. I then took that expertise and turned it into something I love even more: teaching others.
