Booking & Cancellation Policy — Sushi Workshop by Sushi Queen

Bookings

All sushi class bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with class details, location, and what to bring.

Cancellations by the Customer

• Cancelled 7 or more days before the class date: full refund
• Cancelled 48–72 hours before the class date: 50% refund or option to reschedule
• Cancelled less than 48 hours before the class date: no refund

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is offered if requested at least 72 hours before your class. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours are subject to availability and may incur a £15 admin fee.

No-Shows

No refund will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Cancellations by Sushi Queen

In the unlikely event we need to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Private & Corporate Classes

Separate cancellation terms may apply for private and corporate bookings. Please refer to your individual booking agreement.
